2024: A Year We Built Together ♥️
Let’s Dream Big in 2025!

Hope you are doing well!
It was the last day of the year when I was drafting this post.. and I couldn't find a better way to wrap this up!!
As I look back — I feel an overwhelming sense of gratitude — for you and the amazing community we’ve built together.
This was definitely an incredible year! We learned so much.. and grew significantly!
2024 has been a journey filled with milestones, challenges, and meaningful connections. I wanted to take a moment to share some of the highlights that wouldn’t have been possible without you:
✨ We hosted 20+ events, bringing 1000+ passionate B2B SaaS founders and GTM leaders like yourself to share ideas, spark conversations, and build lasting relationships.
✨ Collaborations with partners, including StartupTN, T-hub, SuperStrat, Master's Union, Ideas to Impacts, Haptik, Pentathlon Ventures, Efficient Capital labs, Qapita, Thrivestack, Stripe, and HubSpot allowed us to amplify our efforts and create even more value for our community.
✨ We experimented with new and different formats. Workshops emerged as a great peer-to-peer learning platform, while breakfast meet-ups emerged as an exclusive platform for seasoned founders and leaders to network and discuss GTM strategies.
✨ We started building an active network of GTM leaders, with currently over 60+ leaders who are part of this network.
✨ We expanded the scope of GTMDialogues and started building a community-led scale-up platform where we can help founders execute a wide range of aspects of their business.
✨ We grew from 1 to 10 as a team to help scale towards our larger mission of emerging as a strong B2B-focused community and scale-up platform.
But these aren’t just numbers — these’re moments! Moments shaped by your engagement, insights, and trust in what we’re building. I believe the best ideas and breakthroughs come from working together, and you’ve been at the heart of it all.
Looking ahead to 2025, I’m filled with excitement and hope. Here’s what we’re aiming for:
✅ Double down on our community events and offer a more varied range of learning and networking opportunities for a wide range of B2B audiences through our GTMDialogues DeTours.
✅ Experiment with a large-scale conference (we plan to call it GTMx). You will be hearing from us soon.
✅ Strengthen our scale-up practices and create strong success stories for our community through these practices.
✅ Create a strong digital knowledge base for our community to become a reliable source for contextual and contemporary around GTM.
✅ Continue to scale our GTM leaders club and scale the community to 500+ leaders across India.
✅ Explore to have some footprint outside India with a strong inclination towards the US.
More than anything, my goal for 2025 is to ensure GTMDialogues remains a space where you feel supported, heard, and inspired.
Thank you for being part of this journey. Thank you for showing up, sharing your thoughts, and pushing us to do better. ♥️ You’ve made this year unforgettable, and I can’t wait to see what we’ll accomplish together in the next one. 🤞
