Learn from Sheece on how to implement PLG Motions early in your business
In our last GTMDialogues meetup, we invited Suvikas Bhandari @ MindTickle. Suvikas literary took us to the early days of building sales engine at MindTickle and openly shared about failures and successes in generating qualified leads for the company. He also talked unique ways to gather customer’s attention and background work they had to do to reach them and preparation done for the early conversations with them. He showed the actual dashboards, frameworks they leveraged in the early days. Suvikas pointed us to this impressive deck on sales pitches
I thought that audiences went back with loads of hacks which they can try out at their own venture.
The sessions we want to bring to the audience are not just high level gyan sessions but real learnings and under the hood play-books from the people who have taken the pains of building functions or businesses ground up. More importantly, a closed knit SaaS founders audience brings strong cross learnings and conversations.
With that motivation, I will be bringing Sheece Bhagdadi, Director Product Management @ iCertis. Sheece will be talking about building blocks of Product Led Growth (PLG) for early stage startups. Sheece at his earlier startup (Riverus) he implemented PLG and have been implementing elements of PLG at iCertis. His learnings is what we want to soak into.
