For this edition of the SaaS Founder Meetup, we will going deep into the topics of Ideal Customer Profiles (ICP) and Value Proposition Canvas (VPC). These two speakers will go deep into these topics for us:
Kumar Karpe is the Co-Founder & CEO at Kapittx, an Accounts Receivable automation platform HQed in Pune. Previously he was the CEO of Ingenico ePayments India (formerly TechProcess) and was instrumental in turn-around of TechProcess into a leader in Digital Payments in India. Before TechProcess, Kumar did different leadership roles at IBM, last being the Director – Financial Services Business for India/South Asia. Including his own startup, he has gone through several Ideal Customer Profiles (ICP) development exercises and he will give a walk of some frameworks and practical learnings around the same.
Abhishek Ballabh is the founder of ExtraaEdge (portfolio of Pentathlon Ventures). He has been an active startup ecosystem supporter and actively mentors startups. Having worked with him directly as a portfolio founder, he is one of the brightest minds in SaaS and would be the best person to talk on building Value Proposition at an early stage.
